In another few years, you will lose all control over what they wear. It's part of the age 5-7 thing, wherein girl children think they know more about fashion than their mothers. When I think about what my children wore to church... [embarrassed]
Oy.
I gave up and decreed that certain clothing would be worn to certain events without question: ie church, homeschool co-op, bed... Most of the time I win now, but the youngest will be eight soon and I think the "finding my fashion identity" phase is passing. Then again, The Eclectic One will probably spend the rest of her life looking for her look.
