Sep. 8th, 2005 04:33 pmFirst off, Happy Birthday to my dear friend, Leslie, from whom I have been separated for too long and in too many ways! I love you and think of you more often than you probably know.
Mari's second day of preschool went very well, though it was shortened by a doctors appointment. I couldn't get her in for a well visit on a "good" day, so she had to leave preschool early. She wasn't upset when I left, but when I picked her up she said "Well, I thought about not crying, but then I did. Just a little bit." :(
Though I'm extremely leary of vaccines these days, Mari has had all of hers to date, so I saw no reason not to continue to completion. Poor baby got FOUR shots today! Something about that just does not sit well with me. Ugh. If there is ever another infant in this house there will be some serious research and thought going into vaccinating.
Zoe just woke up from a very uncharateristic nap with an extremely congested nose and a fever. I really hope no one else gets it. Time to break out the Echinacea Goldenbiotic again!
