(no subject)

The grandparents are here (my parents) and we are staying pretty busy. We took them to Sea World yesterday and wore everyone out. Zoe has a fever and a horribly red throat with spots in it. I took her for a throat culture today because it looks so awful. No strep in the quick culture, though they are sending it to the lab, and she is cheerful and energetic, so I'm hoping it is just a virus that she'll fight off quickly. Poor thing was pretty miserable last night.

I'm exhausted right now. Lenten tiredness I think. Trying to fast, not even STRICT fasting, just what I feel capable of, and care for three preschoolers and have house guests makes for exhaustion. I don't feel sick. Just draggy. I crashed for a half hour this afternoon on the couch while my mom was playing with the girls. Presanctified Liturgy tonight and I think I'm going to be all alone. I don't know whether that makes me happy or a little sad. Perhaps some of both. It will be nice to go to a service and just...be there. I'll probably feel a bit bored. :P

I don't have anything truly interesting to say. Just felt like I should update since it has been a few days. Hope everyone out there is well.
