Mari has strep/scarlettina. And an ear infection. I've never seen my child so miserable as she was yesterday before the antibiotics kicked in.

Zoe has double ear infections and one ear is full of mucus and pus.

I'm praying hard for Luci who seems unscathed.

Walgreens has a clinic with a PA that costs less out of pocket than our cost share at the Urgent Care Clinic here would have been. Praise God for the small things.

I'm ready to go home now.

I have really enjoyed seeing my sisters and their children. Especially my little niece, Nina, who is two and a half. I hadn't seen her (or her brother, but he doesn't seem as different) in a year and a half and she is a totally different person now. Physically she looks like a small clone of my sister. Her personality, however, is very, very different. She is adorable and pudgy and prissy and sweet. I wish I had more time with them. It was fun to hang out with all the cousins. Bennett (my other sister's five year old daughter) and Maria seem to have bonded closely again. Mari is feeling a lot better today and is out of quarantine. Poor girlie was stuck at Brad's parents' house all day yesterday while her sisters got to come over here to my parents house and play with the cousins. Mari's throat is still hurting a lot, but no more fever or rash and her lips look a normal pink instead of the bright, florescent red they were yesterday. I felt so awful for her. Luci seems to be moving a little more slowly than normal and I know it is only a matter of time...I just hope it doesn't happen on Sunday while we are traveling home.

I hope we can get some pics of all the kids together tonight. We haven't managed to do that yet. We'll see. If we do, I'll post them as soon as I can.
