Almost completely whole foods meal for tonight:
Ham and navy bean soup (using the frozen ham bone with tons of meat left on it from our Pascha dinner)
rolls made from frozen dough (wish they were wheat, but I'm using up what I have)
green leaf lettuce salad
It all sounds yummy to me! Ham is not the healthiest meat in the world, but we have it and I need to use it up. This ham and bean soup recipe is wonderful, if you like that sort of thing. I've used it before and I think it turned out even better this time. Not sure why.
