(no subject)

When you don't put away any clean laundry and it stays in stacks on beds and floors it is mightily hard to get dressed. Especially when three of the people getting dressed are seven years old and under. It would really save me a lot of time if I'd put the laundry away. Then I wouldn't spend 20 minutes finding matching outfits for everyone. *sigh* I'm so not domestic. I wish I could enjoy some of these endless domestic tasks. I shouldn't ever complain of laundry now that everyone is out of diapers and can feed themselves without becoming coated in food. Now if everyone would just stop getting sick and/or wetting the bed, my laundry load would decrease exponentially again.

I'm taking the girls over to my sister's house to play and then I'm going to the library. Yes, I should take them with me to the library, but I have specific tasks to accomplish today and I don't want to spend an hour letting them pick out books. So they get to play while I go to the library. Then I have to take Maria's soccer jersey to get her name put on it for her game tomorrow. I hope it doesn't rain. I don't want to deal with a rescheduled game. I'm very happy that the game is late in the afternoon so it doesn't interfere with church. Then I have to pick up the girls from my sister's house and bring them home and feed them and do something with them for a few hours before we are to meet my sister at the gym to go swimming. It should be a full day. Too bad it took me two hours to get everyone dressed, fed and out the door this morning. Pathetic.
