Our new house does have a fireplace actually. It is much smaller than this house, but I think it will still be nice. It is a half split level? I think it is called. The lower level, kind of like a basement, is partially finished and is going to be the play/school room. This will mean the tv has to be in the one main living area which is right where you walk in the house. I don't like that, but I just can't fit it anywhere else. I wish I had an armoire style entertainment unit so I could hide it. I like to pretend we don't have a tv. Heh.
