After a lot of research, I know that I have to take Luci completely off of dairy and non-natural food additives for awhile and see if it helps her asthma. I know this will be very difficult as we already have daily battles over being gluten-free.

I'm grateful that there are still lots of things to try.

The humidifier I bought yesterday conked out after 30 minutes and will not come on despite my best trouble shooting efforts. You get you pay for, my friends.

I'm grateful that I have the receipt and can get my money back.

I pulled the van out of the garage to take the girls to dance and gymnastics this evening and I have a flat tire. Brad is running the girls to stuff late and then coming back to help me change to the spare so I can get it to the shop tomorrow. We bought this tire three weeks ago.

I am grateful that it didn't happen on the road somewhere so that I was stranded in the icy cold with three little girls while struggling to change it alone.

I do not drink milk (which I used to love and drank constantly... Then I started getting a rash), and love rice milk. I had to get used to it at first, but now I relish it, especially chocolate rice milk. Your young one might like this.

Though I have just thought about the gluten... There must be gluten free rice milk out there?

Ah, goodness. I hope everything will go well, most beloved!

I remember my mom going off dairy and it completely got rid of her asthma and the need for an inhaler. Also, breathing in the scent of raw honey is very therapeutic for alleviating tightness in the chest before an asthma attack. We always have a jar on hand from our beekeeper friend and Girly uses it when her lungs feel tight and it works like a charm every time.

The dairy thing makes a lot of sense and I have been holding back from going on a big anti-dairy thing with you for a long time, as I've felt you already know and just aren't/weren't ready to hear it as you've had enough to adjust to dealing with, with the gluten and other allergens.
