Sep. 28th, 2005 08:38 amI desperately want to clean my carpets really, really well. Would your recommend renting one of those Rug Doctor shampooer things (which is what we usually do) or calling a professional? These carpets are so old and filthy and gross, I never feel like they are clean, even after shampooing. I don't think it will even make any difference, but the dog has decided to poop on the floor in the middle of the night again for two days in a row. I thought we had solved this problem and I am so grossed out. I must clean the carpets.
I want to move. At this point, I don't care a whole lot where we move. I just want to move out of this house. We rented this house because it was the first one we saw after a week of living in a hotel room with bunch of toddlers that was half way decent. And it has been a good house, spacious with a big fenced yard and back porch for the girls. I just cannot stand the nasty walls and carpet anymore. If I'd been thinking straight I would have told them I wouldn't rent it unless they would paint at least. But I just wanted OUT of that hotel room. Maybe I am cut out to be an Army wife. I'm finding myself really antzy to see what is over the next hill.
