She's beautiful.
She sings every note of this song, there are no musical instruments, the harmony is unbelievable. That touches something deep in me that has always thought of the voice as an under utilized instrument in modern music.
The lyrics are very appropriate for thoughts and feelings I've been having a lot lately. It sounds like my prayers.

Lovely.

D'Argo was in the room when I had this on - he immediately had me favorite it on YouTube. Thanks for the link.

Emmy Rossum. She is actually opera trained. Did you see the Phantom of the Opera movie? She played Christine and sang the part. This is from her first "pop" album, it isn't even out yet. Arg. I love her voice.

Oh, I can't believe I didn't recognize her! I had no idea she had done a pop album.

When my cousin did my hair for my sister's wedding, before I saw it she stepped back, examined it, and said, "it looks a lot like Emmy Rossum in the Phantom of the Opera. Is that ok with you?" :) It was a little over the top for my taste, but my cousin is famous for doing wedding hair in "opera" style :)

I know you have netflix--get a movie called Songcatcher. It's the first thing I ever saw her in and it's a nice romantic movie (that I don't think will conflict with your religious beliefs, although there is some sexuality in it...but not much, and absolutely nothing graphic.)

I agree with you. She is beautiful.
