Who wants to send me a meal plan for Lent? Someone does, I'm sure. Right? Come on...someone out there is super organized and knows all kinds of delicious vegan meals and has the whole thing planned already, I just know it. I'll pay you!!

No but really, I was thinking one silver lining of the current separation could be the ease of planning Lenten meals for just you and the girls.
I thought of you tonight, as we ate honey glazed carrots, broccoli roasted with lemon juice, parmesean cheese and garlic bits (+salt), and oven roasted potatoes. The carrots, I just dump a bag of baby carrots on a baking sheet and pour honey all over them. 375. Stir around and add more honey after 10 minutes, cook til desired softness. My kids go wild for them.

I've made carrots similar to that. Kids do eat the sweet stuff all up!
